CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Century Pines Resort check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm (All times indicated in the policies are expressed in hotel’s local time.) Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in (an additional fee may apply). Hotel can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.
CHILD POLICY
Infant (below 2 years old) stay for free if sharing existing bed with parents. Certain room types for different rate plan may or may not allow children. Children below 11 years old can stay in the hotel for free when using existing bedding. Maximum number of children allowed to stay for free depends on the room type booked. Extra bed charges will be imposed for guests over 11 years old and above.
EXTRA BED POLICY
Extra bed are available upon request basis upon check in. Hotel guest would have to inform the hotel’s front desk if they wish to avail an extra bed. Charges for an extra bed will be settled directly to the hotel upon check-in.
PET POLICY
Hotel does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited in all guestrooms and public areas. Guests are not allowed to smoke within the hotel premises except for the designated outdoor smoking areas. A penalty of MYR200 may be charge to guest who violate this policy order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
GUARANTEE POLICY
To guarantee a reservation at Century Pines Resort, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. Security deposit by cash or credit card is require upon arrival. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing, a pre-authorization form is required to be filled out by the credit card holder allowing Century Pines Resort to use the credit card for the specified charges. A reservation agent will be able to fax or email you the form to be filled out at your request.
